Great question. We at Ship Sensei want the whole process to be trouble-free and automated which will cause no downtime for your store. Ship Sensei is integrated with about every shopping cart ( e.g. Amazon, eBay, Shopify, BigCommerce and many more).
The set-up is so simple and effortless. After you are set-up with Ship Sensei; a sign-up link will be emailed to you where you enter your username/password and from there you will need to attach/connect your online store. If not sure how to do this, then Ship Sensei will handle the entire set-up for you at no cost to you.
